# Brainrot: site guide for agents and language models
> POV: you found the lore page before asking the feed to explain itself.
## What this site does
Brainrot turns sourced articles into vertical, narrated videos with gameplay footage and word-synced captions. The public feed is for watching finished videos. The creator studio is for submitting articles and making videos.
## How to use the site
- `GET /` — open the public video feed. Scroll to keep watching; select a video to see its source article.
- `GET /create` — open the creator studio. Submitting articles and rendering require creator authentication.
- `GET /api/feed` — fetch published videos as JSON. This is the main machine-readable feed.
- `GET /api/videos/{id}` — fetch public metadata for a video.
- `GET /api/videos/{id}/media` — stream a published video.
- `GET /api/videos/{id}/poster` — fetch its poster image.
- `GET /api/lookup?url={article-url}` — find a published video made from an article URL.
- `GET /changelog` — read the public change notes.
## Public resources

Submitting an article or starting a render is a creator action. Do not try to bypass login or send requests that mutate content. Read public endpoints with ordinary GET requests, and link people to the original source article when discussing a video.
## The meme version
> Me: “I have an article.”
> Brainrot: “Say less.”
> Kokoro: *narrates with suspicious precision*
> Gameplay: *does its little dance*
> Captions: **WORD. BY. WORD.**
> Feed: “New video just dropped.”
> You: *scrolls one more time*
> The algorithm: “bro came here for one video 💀”
## Machine-readable route aliases
`/agents`, `/agents.md`, `/llms`, and `/llms.txt` all serve this guide. The content is plain text in Markdown form.
